Italian Dressing

1. Combine all ingredients
- except for oil - in a blender or food processor. Process until combined.
2. While the motor is on a low speed,
slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture, being
careful to not add too much oil at once.
3. Chill
for at least 30 minutes to let flavor develop.
Yield: 1 cup
