Production? No, we are talking about manufacturing widgets - only a meal. The entire class is involved in cooking the meal. Everyone is assigned a specific station (much like Escoffier's brigade) and prepare the foods for that station (i.e., breads, salads, vegetables, etc.) It is definitely a team effort!  If one person on the team is not there, the rest of the team absorbs the duties for them.

During the "production" of a meal, we plan out everything from what will be on the menu, gathering and preparing the ingredients, preparing the meal and serving it!  But who cares, right! You just want to EAT!! Well, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so click below for the essay!
