| The Production Process | ||||||||||||||||||

Production? No, we are talking about manufacturing widgets - only a meal. The entire class is involved in cooking the meal. Everyone is assigned a specific station (much like Escoffier's brigade) and prepare the foods for that station (i.e., breads, salads, vegetables, etc.) It is definitely a team effort! If one person on the team is not there, the rest of the team absorbs the duties for them. During the "production" of a meal, we plan out everything from what will be on the menu, gathering and preparing the ingredients, preparing the meal and serving it! But who cares, right!
